Vidal & Caraballo Health Services LLC envía mensajes de texto transaccionales solo a sus pacientes que dieron su consentimiento: (1) recordatorios de citas unas 48 horas antes de la visita, y (2) avisos el mismo día, cuando ya se registró en la oficina, de que su turno se acerca. Los mensajes no contienen información médica ni contenido promocional.

Vidal & Caraballo Health Services LLC sends transactional text messages only to its patients who gave consent: (1) appointment reminders about 48 hours before a visit, and (2) same-day alerts, after you have checked in at our office, that your turn is near. Messages contain no medical information and no promotional content.

Usted se suscribe en persona, en nuestra recepción, al firmar el formulario bilingüe de consentimiento para SMS durante su registro. El consentimiento no es una condición para recibir servicios médicos.

You opt in in person at our front desk by signing the bilingual SMS consent form during registration. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.
